1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time (Handling Time):

  • All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Cairo and Giza: * Free Shipping on all orders over 500 EGP.

    • For orders under 500 EGP, a flat shipping rate of [ 50 EGP] applies.

  • Other Governorates in Egypt: * A flat shipping rate of [ 70 EGP] applies to all orders.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high peak seasons).

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information and a link to track your package online.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging, sealed, and with all tags attached.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

  • Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene and quality reasons).
